To learn the Zen thinking business opportunity
Zen and Zen on bridge management in 21st century

We tend to think continuously.
Yesterday is over, tomorrow is yet to come. We have only the here and now.

Front-to-back separation means to cut off the front and back and live the moment = "here and now" firmly. Discontinuous thinking is a back-and-forth.

If you see a beautiful flower in front of you, you should feel, "Oh, it's beautiful." I don't think it's going to disperse eventually, or I don't even realize it exists.

There is a Zen question, "Where do you go when you die?" But the "now" is not dead. It's alive, so it's not going anywhere. Don't get hung up on stereotypes and generalizations.

Even in management, there are people who say, "I can't do it because I don't have money." In fact, such a person cannot do it even if he has money. If you don't do it now, you won't be able to do it someday.

There are also people who say, "It's hard to raise funds, so what can I do to increase sales?" There are various ways to raise funds, such as waiting, canceling payments, and reducing fixed costs. On the other hand, in order to increase sales, the value of the product must be increased. Increasing value means increasing customer satisfaction. Cash flow is cash flow, and sales are sales. Each is a different factor.

Management is the pursuit of profit, value creation (customer satisfaction), and customer creation. All of them are necessary, but we will do them one at a time.

Don't get caught up in past failures or successes. Yesterday is over, tomorrow is an illusion. I'm going to do my best to get here & now = Here & Now. Then the power comes out.

Detailed writing of action plans, thought plans, and preparation plans in the schedule. Then, it becomes clear what needs to be done now, and it is possible to make a decision before and after.

"Even if there is a back and forth, there is no difference between the front and back"
We have no choice but to do it now. The future is yet to come. The accumulation of the present creates the future.
